Now that you've downloaded and installed Fedi, it's time to Create a Private Wallet on Bitsacco Federation and connect with our community. The private wallet will allow you to save, send, and receive funds. The community is where the magic happens—where you'll meet fellow members, share ideas, and build together. Step-by-step instructions
Join the Bitsacco Federation
Once the Fedi app is installed, open it and tap 'Get a Wallet' to set up Bitsacco Federation, a wallet where you can save, send, and receive funds.
You'll see two options:
- ‘Discover’ tab: Where you see public federations. Federations are wallet services where you can save, send, and receive bitcoin.
- 'Join' tab: Enter or scan an invite code for private federations (this is where you'll join the Bitsacco federation).
Joining the Bitsacco Federation
Click on the 'Join' tab and scan the Bitsacco federation code or paste the code to join the Bitsacco Federation.
- Copy the code below, then under the 'Join' tab click 'Paste'.

If you have a private wallet from another Federation or previously used the Fedi app but aren't on the Bitsacco Federation, tap the wallet icon (bottom right). Tap the plus sign (+) (top right), then scan or paste the Bitsacco Federation code above to join.
Access Bitsacco Community
When you have joined the Bitsacco Federation using the steps above, you automatically join the Bitsacco Community. Navigate to the Community button at the bottom left of your screen and confirm you can see the Bitsacco Community.
