How to Set Up Your Personal Backup
Simple steps:
- Open your Fedi app
- Tap profile icon (this will open your account settings)
- Tap Personal backup
You'll now see 12 words displayed on your screen. These are the keys to your wallet—treat them as precious!
Here's what to do:
- Get a pen and physical paper (not your phone!)
- Write down all 12 words in the exact order they appear
- Check carefully that you've written each word correctly
- Store this paper in a safe, private place
- Tap I have stored it safely
CRITICAL WARNING:
